Project:

For a challenging project at a leading Swiss bank, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to further develop the digital pension solutions portfolio. The focus is on digital solutions related to pension and investment products, such as Pillar 3a, vested benefits, and securities investments. You will play a central role at the interface between business, product management, UX/UI, and development, and will accompany requirements from the initial analysis through implementation and acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and specify requirements for digital pension and investment solutions
• Further develop the digital pension solutions portfolio from the end-customer perspective
• Develop independent solution proposals and business concepts
• Conduct workshops with requirement owners, product management, and business departments
• Create and further develop features, user stories, and specifications
• Create GUI prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI specialists
• Support technical implementation in close cooperation with development teams
• Plan and conduct testing and business acceptance
• Ensure quality and correct implementation of requirements
• Work in an agile, interdisciplinary environment

Requirements:
