Qualifikationen

• Initial CFC-level training or two years of industry experience (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of working in a cleanroom environment.
• French language proficiency.
• Well-organized and rigorous with strong teamwork.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform basic production operations such as weighing materials and preparing powder blends according to training and quality system procedures.
• Assist operators or technicians with coating, compression and encapsulation operations.
• Operate and clean equipment related to these steps.
• Perform line vacuuming, cleaning of parts, equipment and rooms after production.
• Perform format changes and line vacuuming during production.
• Meet production targets and adhere to the established schedule.
• Ensure manufacturing operations for industrial batches in a cGMP environment and work autonomously per supervisor instructions.
• Check, record and complete pre-established work documents to track operations (batch records filled per cGMP).
• Comply with site safety and security rules.
• Report hazardous situations, near-misses/incidents and accidents to the supervisor and the EHS department.
• Support transfers of new products, process validation, and manufacturing of validation batches.
