Job summary

Sixt rent-a-car AG is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the team, manage the fleet and drive branch performance. You will ensure first-class quality, handle complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach and optimize processes to meet targets.

With a commercial background and leadership experience in sales, you will recruit, develop and motivate staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with service providers to keep costs in check. A strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or business administration training/degree and leadership experience in sales-related positions.
• Strong sales orientation with enjoyment of customer contact.
• Organize, lead and motivate employees with empathy.

Responsibilities

• You lead and develop your team, manage onboarding and performance.
• You drive branch revenue and monitor KPIs to exceed targets.
• You oversee inventory management, ordering, invoicing and coordination with service providers.
• You ensure premium quality and smooth processes at the station.
• You maintain overview of the branch operations and customer satisfaction.
