CERENEO PREVENTION operates a center for neuroprevention and longevity.

We bridge the gap between state-of-the-art medical diagnostics and a healthy lifestyle. We stand for personalized preventive medicine and neurology at the highest level. We combine our many years of expertise in neurology, rehabilitation, and nutritional sciences with cutting-edge diagnostics and innovative technologies.

Our goal is to counteract neurological diseases at an early stage by promoting long-term health and, in particular, brain health.

Our location in Vitznau is a unique ecosystem for health. Situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne at the foot of Mount Rigi, we offer our guests prevention programs tailored to their individual needs. Through these programs, we support them in developing healthy habits in the areas of nutrition, exercise, sleep, and recovery that can be integrated into daily life in an enjoyable and sustainable way. After their stay, we continue to support our guests in implementing these habits at home.

In doing so, we are redefining primary and secondary prevention in the field of neurology and offering longevity with a focus on brain health.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on professional in the field of nutritional sciences with a passion for cooking, nutrition, and food innovation, who can establish the cuisine of their home country within our organization.

This position is an active kitchen role with a focus on:

• Recipe development
• Menu innovation
• High-quality ingredients
• International, authentic cuisines
• Nutrition programs
• Nutritional counseling
• Training clients in healthy and diverse cooking

The role combines hands-on kitchen work with a creative and scientific understanding of food, nutrition, and modern cooking techniques, as well as close collaboration with highly qualified nutrition scientists.
