Zusammenfassung

BLP Digital AG in Zurich is seeking an Academy Host to run in-person Academy cohorts. You’ll be in the room with clients for every cohort, setting the tone from welcome to debrief and ensuring a productive, memorable experience.

You’ll lead German and English sessions, coordinate with BLP experts for deep dives, and guide attendees toward the Champion Certification. This role blends teaching, event leadership, and enterprise consulting.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Several years of professional experience in trainings, workshops or onboarding sessions.
• Experience leading rooms/workshops with senior client audiences.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or finance processes, workshop formats, or AI‑driven SaaS is a plus.

Location

This is a full-time position based at our HQ in central Zurich. The BLP Academy happens in person, and so does this role: you are in the room with our clients for every cohort.

Your Mission

You run the room. Two to three days in Zurich that set the tone for every implementation that follows.

Before a project kicks off, our clients send the people who will carry it, their BLP Champions, to the BLP Academy. They learn hands‑on on our platform, work through real project scenarios, and meet peers from other enterprises facing the same challenges. Across 1,300+ projects, the customer team has made the difference between a smooth and a slow implementation, so these days matter.

You make them count. You welcome every participant, run and own the sessions, and set the energy in the room from the first coffee to the last evening. You bring in our BLP experts for deep dives and make sure their expertise lands. Our clients go home certified, connected and ready for their implementation, after an unforgettable few days in Zurich. And as BLP expands across Europe and North America, the Academy will grow with it, with you shaping what that looks like.

Key Responsibilities

In the room

• Host every Academy cohort in Zurich: welcome our clients, set the tone, and be their main point of contact from arrival to departure.

• Lead the sessions: present, explain, and guide participants through hands‑on exercises on the BLP platform.

• Pace every hands‑on block to the room, giving fast learners space to go deeper while making sure nobody gets left behind.

• Moderate the deep‑drive sessions with BLP experts and connect their content to each participant's situation.

• Keep the energy high across two to three intense days, and host the evenings and everything around the program.

Around each cohort

• Get every participant ready before they arrive, so the Academy starts with momentum on day one.

• Make sure every participant completes the BLP Champion Certification and goes home ready for their implementation.

• Collect feedback and participant NPS, and make every cohort better than the last.

Beyond the classroom

• Bring the Academy experience to new formats as they launch, from online learning programs for our clients and certification for our implementation partners to onboarding for new BLP colleagues.

• Communication – You make complex topics simple and convincing, and you can tell whether a participant has really understood or is just nodding.

• Credibility – You hold your own with senior experts and executives, because you think in structures and understand what you are talking about.

• Curiosity for Processes and AI – You want to understand how enterprise processes run and what AI changes about them, and you learn fast.

• Host Mindset – You care that every participant has a great experience, keep a multi‑day program running smoothly, and notice the details that make it work.

What You Bring

• You know how to lead a room, whether that’s a workshop, a training, an event or a client meeting, ideally with senior audiences. We care more about how you got that experience than where: consulting, teaching, events, tech or team leadership all count.

• You’ve gained several years of professional and relevant experience, in any industry or along any path.

• You’re excited about AI and how it changes the way businesses work, and you can’t wait to get to know the BLP platform inside out.

• You’re fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. This is a must, because you’ll run Academy sessions in both languages, often for senior client audiences.

• Proven experience designing and delivering trainings, workshops, or customer onboarding sessions yourself, ideally to business or technical audiences.

• Experience with ERP systems or finance processes, workshop or event formats, or AI‑driven SaaS is a plus.
