Impact Martial Arts in Zurich is seeking a long-term coaching role for experienced fighters and coaches to join our Swiss team. This role focuses on sustaining high coaching standards and developing athletes within a professional environment.

You will maintain coaching standards across classes, coach beginners and competitive fighters, and collaborate closely with the Head Coach to shape training quality and athlete pathways.

Qualifikationen

• High-level BJJ black belt or elite competitor
• Experienced grappling coach with a proven track record
• Ability to lead groups with calm authority
• Documented professional fight experience is a plus
• Proven coaching experience in a serious training environment
• Strong communication on the mat and in coaching contexts
• High reliability and consistency
• EU/EFTA citizen or able to obtain a Swiss work permit; sponsorship not provided
• German language skills are advantageous

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

• High-level BJJ black belts or elite competitors; Experienced grappling coaches; Individuals who can lead groups with calm authority.
• Documented professional fight experience
• Proven coaching experience in a serious training environment
• Strong communication skills on the mat
• High reliability and consistency
• Only open to EU/EFTA citizens, or individuals who can independently obtain a legal work permit in Switzerland
