Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in molecular biology, bioengineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with protein expression and purification.
• Experience with DNA synthesis, cloning or assembly methods.
• Strong data analysis skills and meticulous experimental records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize protein expression workflows across cell-free and cell-based systems.
• Design and execute DNA synthesis and assembly protocols (PCR, Golden Gate, Gibson).
• Develop assays for thermostability, developability, enzyme activity as needed.
• Perform bench experiments, analyze results, and iterate protocols.
