Alsa is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee real-time scheduling, fleet logistics, and driver coordination for a multimodal mobility network. You will monitor satellite tracking, weather, and flight status via Samara and AlpsBooking, ensuring smooth execution and prompt incident response.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on ops experience in passenger transport, knowledge of EU tachograph rules, and strong English/French communication.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English; intermediate-to-advanced French (B2/C1) for daily driver/supplier communication.
• Experience with passenger transport operations, route optimization, and EU tachograph/driver hours rules.

Aufgaben

• Review real-time operational information to ensure schedules execute seamlessly using Samara and AlpsBooking.
• Manage live schedules and fleet logistics; optimize routes and allocate drivers/vehicles and adapt to delays.
• Supervise driving staff; enforce driving hours and EU tachograph compliance; handle shift handovers.
• Act as operational hub during shifts; handle driver emergencies, breakdowns, missing passengers, or urgent changes.
• Coordinate with airport reps, fleet managers, and call centers in English and French to deliver top-tier service.
