Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a proactive Java/Kotlin Developer to join our Zurich team. You will work on modern digital platforms, building scalable backend services within a cross-functional, agile environment.

You will contribute to architecture decisions, collaborate with product owners and designers, and drive performance improvements while delivering real business value. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with Spring Boot and modern backend architectures.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven systems.
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud environments.

• Experience in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
• Good communication and collaboration across teams.
• Fluency in English and German.
