Marionnaud Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant for our Milan store. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on helping customers choose the right products, providing expert advice, and delivering a high level of service within a busy beauty retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail, a passion for beauty, and excellent interpersonal skills. Flexibility and motivation to support the sales team are essential. The placement and schedule will be defined during hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in customer service and sales.
• Good interpersonal skills and passion for beauty.

Responsabilités

• Promote the sale of products by advising the customer and ensuring their loyalty.
• Carry out cash transactions and payments.
