Zusammenfassung

SwissPeak Partners GmbH in Basel is seeking an experienced Risk & Performance Specialist to join our Asset Management team. You will combine portfolio risk analysis, performance measurement and data-driven insights to support investment professionals in understanding portfolio behaviour, risk exposures and sources of investment performance.

You will work closely with portfolio management and other investment-related functions to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting across diverse asset

Qualifikationen

Degree in Finance, Economics or Quantitative Finance.
2+ years in Investment Risk, Performance Analysis or Portfolio Analytics.
Strong Asset Management background.
Experience with Python and SQL for analytics.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
CFA/FRM/CIPM certifications are advantageous.

Aufgaben

Perform ex-ante and ex-post portfolio risk analyses across assets.
Monitor VaR, Tracking Error, factor exposures and liquidity risk.
Prepare performance attribution and identify drivers of returns.
Translate findings into clear insights for portfolio managers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with PM, Investment Compliance and Operations for data quality.
Investigate data inconsistencies and support analytics tool improvements.
Contribute to automation and development of reporting solutions.
