Zusammenfassung

SwissPeak Partners in Basel is seeking an experienced Risk & Performance Specialist to join as a key analytics driver within an expanding asset management environment. You will combine portfolio risk analysis, performance measurement and data-driven insights to support investment professionals in understanding portfolio behaviour, risk exposures and drivers of returns.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Management and Compliance to ensure high-quality analytics, reporting and data integrity

Qualifikationen

• University or comparable higher education in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in Investment Risk, Performance Analysis or Portfolio Analytics.
• Strong asset management experience and robust risk/return concepts (VaR, tracking error).
• Hands-on with Python and SQL; able to translate data into insights.
• Fluent in English; German a plus but not required; CFA/FRM/CIPM considered an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Perform ex-ante and ex-post risk analyses across multiple asset classes.
• Monitor VaR, tracking error, factor exposures, concentration and liquidity risk.
• Prepare performance attribution and identify drivers of returns.
• Translate quantitative findings for portfolio managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and collaborate with PM, Compliance and Ops.
• Support tool and process improvements in risk analytics and reporting.
• Contribute to automation and development of analytics solutions.
