Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal aspects of international contracts for the sale or purchase of material
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and financial contracts
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and financial laws
• Support structured finance, project finance, and real estate finance transactions
• Provide legal support across various departments including corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Draft and review contracts and internal policies
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on diverse legal topics
• Assist in dispute resolution and liaise with external counsel when needed
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated on legal developments and advise on implications for the business

Your Profile

• Law degree and bar admission, preferably in a common law or mixed common/civil law jurisdiction
• 1?5 years PQE in banking, finance, or general commercial law
• English mother tongue, proficiency with the Italian language will be a very strong plus
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
