BearingPoint in Geneva offers a six-month internship within its Financial Services team, focusing on banking operations and technology-enabled transformations. You will collaborate with private banks, wealth managers and asset managers on large-scale transformation programmes.

You will assist in business analysis, requirements definition, and the design and implementation of changes from strategy to execution, working with stakeholders across front, middle and back-office functions.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from a university or engineering school.
• Interest in financial services, banking operations and technology-driven transformations.
• Experience in project management or business analysis within financial services or consulting.
• Knowledge of banking processes or core platforms (Avaloq, Temenos, Olympic, Finnova, Azqore) is an advantage.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; SQL and data analysis tools or GenAI tools are beneficial.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ready to grow into a permanent consulting role at BearingPoint.

Aufgaben

• Work with Banking & Financial Services team on platform transformation programs and change initiatives.
• Support business analysis, process assessment and requirements definition.
• Contribute to design and implementation of business and IT transformation projects from strategy to execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze operating models and identify improvements.
• Gain exposure to core banking platforms and AI + digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop understanding of business and IT processes across front, middle and back-office.
• Participate in internal activities to support managers, including business propositions.
