Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer in Zürich to empower development teams to deliver fast, secure, and scalable cloud-native solutions. You will own CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Terraform, and implement robust monitoring for high-availability systems.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AWS DevOps, Terraform, and container platforms like Docker/Kubernetes, with German at C1 and English proficiency. Join a team that values change, learning, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in an IT- or tech-related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in AWS DevOps engineering.
• Ideally AWS certified (Developer Associate, DevOps Engineer Professional).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, GitOps, configuration management, monitoring & observability and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Fluent in German (C1), with English proficiency; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for high-availability systems.
• Support application teams in adopting DevOps and cloud-native practices.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate across development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth delivery.
