Job summary

Spaeter AG, based in Basel, is seeking a Clerk for List Entry 60 – 80% (m/f/d) in our construction division. You will record and maintain material, item, and service lists in AVOR and prepare construction documents, supporting quantity determinations and data management.

Ideal candidates have commercial or technical training, an eye for detail, and familiarity with MS Office and SAP. We offer a family-oriented environment, flexible hours, and good social benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical training, ideally in construction or AVOR environment.
• Experience in list entry / work preparation is an advantage.
• Geometric and spatial imagination.
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP, or AVOR systems is an advantage, ideally.
• SAP knowledge available.
• Accurate, structured, and independent working style.
• Team player, reliable, and numerically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Recording and maintaining material, item, and service lists in AVOR.
• Preparation of construction and execution documents.
• Support in quantity determinations and calculation bases.
• Maintenance and control of data, lists, and plan statuses.
• Collaboration with AVOR, project, and construction management.
