Your mission includes organizing, coordinating and leading departments, planning capacity, ensuring equipment serviceability, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with Supply Chain and Compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, EFZ or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading a small team in production.
• Interacts confidently with customers.
• Entrepreneurial, networked and process-oriented thinking.
• Resilient and high-quality awareness.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Lead assigned PO departments and monitor KPIs.
• Plan capacity against competencies and workload.
• Ensure facilities, machines, tools and measurement equipment are serviceable.
• Define manufacturing/assembly processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support Supply Chain and Compliance teams with production expertise.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers on production matters.
