You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, implement and optimize business systems, while developing professional competency in data handling, documentation and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Interest in business processes, information technology, data and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
• Willingness to learn new processes, systems and tools.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven with personal responsibility.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support the design, development and prototyping of AI‑driven tools and digital solutions.
• Contribute to design, continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
• Assist in automating workflows across different systems using automation tools.
• Provide day‑to‑day system support and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Support organization, maintenance and accessibility of team data resources for analysis.
• Assist with data preparation, documentation and basic analysis for business needs.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management across departments.
• Document processes, requirements and solutions clearly and structure them.
