TSMG in Switzerland is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist (SDS Specialist) to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems used in robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will work with technicians, ops leads, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure fleet availability.

The role emphasizes hardware, software, and sensor calibration, with responsibilities spanning diagnostics, hardware validation, software updates, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
• Comfortable following structured software procedures and workflows.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting vehicle performance.
• Investigate problems with cameras, LiDAR, radar, GPS/GNSS, compute units, and sensors.
• Perform software updates, configurations, and system validation checks.
• Perform calibration and verification activities for sensors and SDS components.
• Provide on-site engineering and operations support and document findings.
• Maintain records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration activities.
