ALTEN Switzerland is seeking an Autonomous Driving Test Delivery Engineer to lead test activities for medium‑voltage systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and coordinating across engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing of autonomous driving features, HMI validation, and cloud-based systems, with a focus on safety, documentation, and continuous improvement. Fluency in German (Switzerland) or English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or related discipline.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments and proficiency in C/C++ or Python.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to manage pressure and collaborate within a team.
• Extensive experience in software testing and quality management; background in autonomous driving or ADAS testing is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead autonomous driving tests on open roads and develop test plans per project requirements.
• Monitor, document, and track issues; drive root-cause analysis and propose improvements.
• Conduct end-to-end validation of autonomous driving HMI features, ride-hailing functionalities, and cloud-based systems.
• Design test strategies, ensure high-quality execution, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
