Jobup in Switzerland is seeking an Automation Technician (CFC) to support automation projects for heating and electrical infrastructures. You will program, test, and commission automation solutions and perform on-site commissioning with clients.

The role requires CFC automation training, experience with district heating/HVAC, SAIA and Siemens TIA Portal, and SCADA/HMI knowledge (In Touch, WinCC).

Qualifikationen

• CFC Automation Technician or equivalent training required.
• Initial infrastructure experience in district heating and/or HVAC preferred.
• Experience with SAIA and Siemens TIA Portal PLC programming.
• Knowledge of SCADA/HMI solutions such as In Touch System Platform and WinCC.

Mission

• Participate in the implementation of automation projects for technical infrastructures of district heating (CAD) and high voltage substations, as well as for HVAC, hydraulic production or transport projects;
• Program, test and commission automation solutions;
• Ensure the configuration, maintenance and evolution of developed applications;
• Carry out on-site commissioning and technical interventions with clients, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland;
• Participate in the documentation of installations and user training;
• Collaborate with project managers and various stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions;
• Participate in the on-call service for remote assistance and support of installations under contract.

Profile

• CFC Automation Technician or equivalent training;
• Some initial experience in infrastructure, ideally in district heating and/or HVAC;
• Ease in client contact;
• Knowledge of SAIA and Siemens TIA Portal PLC programming;
• Knowledge of SCADA/HMI solutions, notably In Touch System Platform and WinCC;
• Comfortable on site and motivated to participate in commissioning technical installations;
• Autonomous, rigorous and with a good team spirit.
