Job Description

  • Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion.
  • Lead and mentor audit teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Review financial statements and audit reports in accordance with Swiss GAAP and IFRS.
  • Identify and communicate audit issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners on business development initiatives and client proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of audit experience, including recent experience in the Swiss market. A Swiss CPA or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA) is required. You should have strong technical knowledge of Swiss GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential; German or French is a strong asset. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
