CERN is seeking an Audiovisual Installation & Operations Coordinator to plan, deploy, operate and maintain a modern hybrid conference infrastructure spanning nearly 200 meeting rooms and 13 auditoria. You will work with users, technical teams and external contractors to coordinate AV installations and refurbishments and to standardise AV equipment.

You will contribute to the planning, deployment, operation and maintenance of a modern and high-end hybrid conference infrastructure consisting of nearly 200 meeting rooms and 13 auditoriums used every day by thousands of people at CERN. Working with users, technical teams and external contractors, you will coordinate audiovisual installations and refurbishments, ensure the standardisation of AV equipment, support the deployment of new technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of conferencing services.
