YOUR DAY TO DAY

While every day will be different, you can expect to:

• Gain a deep understanding of our client’s business and customer base, understanding how our clients grow and what market conditions (digital trends, shifting customer needs, etc.) may impact that growth and transformation
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to help answer key strategic customer, growth, and transformation questions, through brand, marketing, and digital strategies, for Fortune 500 companies.
• Help conduct primary and secondary research and analyze data; engage in creative problem‑solving sessions to formulate hypotheses
• Share your point of view and present insightful and actionable recommendations to internal senior leaders and our clients
• Contribute to internal initiatives within the firm including IP development, marketing, training, and ongoing educational sessions.
• Drive Prophet culture at the local office level through events such as: class gatherings, office wide social outings, and holiday celebrations.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Relevant experience: Postgraduate experience ideally with a leading business, brand, or digital strategy firm, or with relevant industry experience.
• Well‑developed critical thinking capabilities, problem solving skills, and creative thinking
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of, and passion for, brand, digital, and marketing strategy; and, how they impact business outcomes
• A curious mind with an unrelenting commitment to get to the answer, to test new approaches, learn new skills, and push others’ assumptions
• Confusion tolerance: comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt, flex, and change directions given client, project, and team circumstances, understanding the ever‑changing business world
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI strategy or implementation experience, and/or exposure to GenAI applications
• Proficiency in German and English is essential
