Bristol Myers Squibb Co is seeking an Associate Operator GMP Cleaning to perform cleaning in the production zones and on equipment across lines, in compliance with GMP and GDP documentation standards.

You will maintain cleanliness, restock consumables, manage stock of production clothing, and ensure waste disposal, while following safety rules and reporting hazards to your supervisor and EHS.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cleaning on a pharmaceutical site.
  • Familiarity with GMP environment.
  • Proficiency in the French language.
  • Versatile, organized and rigorous with strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning operations in production zones.
  • Operate cleaning of equipment and components across production lines.
  • Comply with the quality system procedures of our pharmaceutical site.
  • Restock consumables in the production area.
  • Ensure waste disposal is carried out.
  • Manage production clothing stock and availability.
  • Complete pre‑defined work documents to track operations (GDP‑based logbooks and forms).
  • Adhere to site safety and security rules.
  • Report hazardous situations, near misses/incidents, and accidents to supervisor and EHS.

L’Associate Operator, GMP Cleaning aura pour mission de réaliser les nettoyages des salles de la zone de production, ainsi que le nettoyage d’équipement et de pièce d’équipement des différentes lignes de production. Il assurera ces activités dans le respect de la réglementation GMPs (Good manufacturing practice), des règles d’hygiène, et de sécurité. Il devra se conformer aux procédures définies par le système qualité du site pharmaceutique.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Effectuer les opérations de nettoyage des zones de production.
  • Maîtriser et effectuer le nettoyage des équipements et pièces d’équipements des différentes lignes de production.
  • Se conformer aux directives et instructions définies dans le système qualité de notre site pharmaceutique.
  • Réaliser le réapprovisionnement des consommables en zone de production.
  • Assurer l’évacuation des déchets.
  • Assurer la gestion du stock et disponibilité des habits de production.
  • Compléter les documents de travail pré-établis pour assurer un suivi des opérations réalisées (logbooks et formulaires selon les bonnes pratiques de documentation GDP).
  • Se conformer aux règles de sécurité et de sureté du site pharmaceutique.
  • Annoncer les situations dangereuses, les presqu’accidents/incidents et les accidents qui pourraient survenir sur le site auprès de son responsable direct et auprès du département EHS (Environnement, Health & Safety).
Qualifications
  • Avoir une expérience dans le nettoyage sur un site pharmaceutique.
  • Connaître l’environnement GMP.
  • Maîtriser la langue française.
  • Polyvalent, organisé et rigoureux, avec de grandes qualités relationnelles pour un travail d’équipe.
