A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director for Drug Product Manufacturing Science & Technology. You will serve as the global expert for small-molecule products, leading the transfer and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 5 years of extensive experience in pharmaceutical development. The role emphasizes collaboration across technical teams and the ability to resolve complex manufacturing issues while ensuring compliance.

As Associate Director, Drug Product Manufacturing Science & Technology, you will be Takeda’s global subject matter expert for small‑molecule drug product and packaging. You will lead how tablets, capsules, and injectable products are industrialized, transferred to internal sites and CMOs, and continuously improved across our global network. You will be at the interface of development, manufacturing, and regulatory, shaping robust, scalable processes and ensuring they are consistently applied worldwide to reliably supply medicines to patients.
