Zusammenfassung

Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Associate Designer to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland. The Associate Designer will participate in all design steps to create the Napapijri apparel collection across multiple categories, reporting to the Design Director.

You will collaborate with design, product development and merchandising on briefs, stay current with lifestyle and outdoor trends, sketch new seasonal designs, and help build brand-consistent concepts and color strategies.

Qualifikationen

• BA in Fashion Design is required.
• 1–3 years of experience as an apparel designer.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proficient CAD, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; AI design knowledge preferred.
• Strong product development knowledge and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and adaptability.
