Zusammenfassung

coni + partner AG, a Zurich-based consultancy, is recruiting for a client in Geneva's risk management division: a Process Risk Specialist (m/f/d) at Associate | Analyst Vendor Processes | Resilience.

You will manage external operational risks, analyse incidents, and produce risk information reports while supporting a solid risk framework and 2nd line control. Degree in Business or Economics and experience in process risk are required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• First experience in process risk management.
• Work experience in Big4 or international bank with focus on risk processes.
• Knowledge of risk processes and internal controls.

Aufgaben

• Monitoring the 2nd line operational risk control function through design, execution, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Generating 2nd line reports on external operational risks for the Head of Risk Management.
• Supporting the further development of the infrastructure for 2nd line operational risk control.
• Leading operational risk projects and supporting risk process initiatives.
• Ad hoc projects.
