PwC South Africa is seeking a Senior Associate to strengthen governance, risk and quality management within Assurance Risk & Quality. You will become the key Superuser for the System of Quality Management (ServiceNow IRM), driving dashboards, reporting and adoption across stakeholders.

You will translate requirements into practical system solutions, maintain content, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in audit, risk management and quality management across governance and controls.
• Strong digital affinity and ability to become expert user of ServiceNow IRM or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Alteryx or related reporting/workflow tools is advantageous.

Working closely with business process owners, leadership and global stakeholders, the team drives the evolution of our System of Quality Management, supports regulatory readiness, and enables continuous improvement through technology, data-driven monitoring and innovative solutions.
