Qualifikationen

• Completed qualification as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications.
• Team player with initiative, creativity and flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children.
• Co-creation of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children.
• Support in the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios.
• Co-creation of a parenting partnership with the families.
• Co-organization of excursions and parent activities.
• Active participation in team meetings.
• Contributing to a respectful, family-like working atmosphere.
