Pays-d’Enhaut Health Centre in Château-d’Œx, Vaud, Switzerland, seeks a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) at 80-100% to support home care clients and collaborate with hospital and accommodation teams.

You will deliver basic and medico-technical care within your scope, assist with daily living activities, contribute to care plan monitoring, ensure thorough documentation, and promote client autonomy while remaining at home.

Formación

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as ASSC or equivalent recognised in Switzerland.
• Strong interest in home care and supporting people with diverse needs.
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and adaptability.
• Good interpersonal skills and listening ability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic and medico-technical care within the scope of your skills.
• Support clients in daily living activities.
• Observe clients’ health status and relay relevant information to the team.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of care plans.

• Ensure rigorous and complete documentation of services provided.

Located in Château-d’Œx, at 1000 metres altitude, the Pays-d’Enhaut Health Centre offers a wide range of hospital services, accommodation, support for the elderly, as well as home care. For its Home Care Sector, the Pays-d’Enhaut Health Centre is looking for a:

Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) Activity Rate 80 - 100 %

Primarily attached to the home care sector, you will also be required to carry out occasional assignments within the accommodation and hospital sectors.

Your mission:

Your profile:

• Good interpersonal skills and listening ability
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Organised, reliable and flexible
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle essential for the role
