Zusammenfassung

Broye Vaudoise Medical-Social Centres (CMS) Payerne recrutent un Assistant communautaire et soignant ASSC pour intervenir en proximité des patients dans le canton de Vaud. Vous intégrerez une équipe pluridisciplinaire axée sur l'autonomie et le contact humain.

Le poste propose des horaires variés (jour, soirée et week-ends) et un véhicule de société possible. Profil demandé : diplôme fédéral VET CFC ASSC et expérience en aide à domicile souhaitée.

Qualifikationen

• Diplôme fédéral VET CFC ASSC exigé ou équivalent.
• Expérience en soins à domicile appréciée.
• Disponibilité jour/soir/week-ends.

Aufgaben

• Contribuer au projet medico-social et au soin apporté au patient.
• Suivre l'évolution de la situation du client avec l'équipe et le médecin traitant.
• Fournir les services de soins de base, aide à domicile et assistance familiale.

We are looking for the CMS of Payerne at a rate between 60%-80%, a:

COMMUNITY HEALTH AND CARE ASSISTANT (ASSC) at 60%-80%

Mission:

• Collaborate on the medico-social care project (support in the form of help and care) based on respect for the principle of personal autonomy.
• Participate in monitoring the evolution of the client’s situation, in collaboration with the client, their entourage, the interdisciplinary team and the attending physicians.
• Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household help and family assistance.

Profile:

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an ASSC.
• Have, if possible, experience in home care.
• Be available to work during the day, evenings and weekends.
• Be capable of working autonomously and interdisciplinarily.
• Hold a driving licence and own a vehicle (possibility to use a company vehicle).
• Knowledge of German would be an asset.
