Job summary

ATS-Tanner Group in Meisterschwanden seeks a committed senior sales professional to own and develop international accounts, prepare budget quotations, and support subsidiaries with training and sales activities.

You bring international sales experience in mechanical or plant engineering, a structured, process-driven mindset, and German and English fluency. We offer hybrid work, flexible conditions, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• International sales experience in mechanical or plant engineering.
• Technical or commercial background with structured, process-driven approach.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and reliable with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgetary quotations and customized offers for assigned countries.
• Take on technical and commercial responsibility for the assigned markets.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships.
• Support subsidiaries abroad through training and sales activities.
• Be responsible for sales controlling, including reports and forecasts.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitor analyses.
• Participate in trade fairs.

• Prepare budgetary quotations and customized offers
• Take on technical and commercial responsibility for the countries assigned to you

• Conduct industry, market, and competitor analyses

Your expertise

• Technical basic training with further education in engineering or business administration
  
• International sales experience, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
• Strong affinity for processes and a structured way of working
• Good conceptual and organizational skills
  
• Digitally savvy personality with solid IT knowledge
• Very good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage
