Zusammenfassung

Jansen AG in Eastern Switzerland seeks an Architectural Advisor to secure quality in pre-sales for Architects, general contractors, owners and prescribers. You will advise from pre-design to tender, actively seek opportunities, and help expand the project portfolio while managing CRM and sales processes.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction/ architectural experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Secure internal and external quality of service and pre-sales inquiries from architects and other prescribers.
• Advise and support Architects, General Contractors, owners, developers from pre-design to tender.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and communicate market needs to the organization.
• Budgeting, ensuring tender texts, expand & enforce loyalty with architects, owners, developers, prescribers.
• Secure and expand project portfolio and Jansen exposure.
• Follow up of projects and manage delegated tasks to secure projects; identify new customers and projects.

What you contribute

• Securing the internal and external quality of service and pre-sales for customers (Architects, general contractors, owners & prescribers) enquiries, technical support and other related demands
• Advising and supporting Architects, General Contractors, owners, developers and prescribers from pre-design, setting budget till tender phase.
• Pro-actively seeking new business opportunities & stating market requirements to the organization.
• Budgeting, ensuring tender texts, Expand & enforce architects, owners, developers and pre-scribers' loyal commitment & relation portfolio
• Secure and expand project portfolio and Jansen exposure
• Securing Portfolio T.O
• Follow up of projects and manage/follow up delegated tasks to secure projects
  Acquiring, specify and identify new customers and projects to assure Jansen tenders
• Contact with branch related institutes (like VMRG, Architectenweb…)
• Managing CRM and equivalent sales control systems

What sets you apart

• Verbal and written fluency in English (mother tongue Dutch)
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in construction or architectural related preferred
• Previous customer/architect service and/or sales skills preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
