Overview

Hirslanden Corporate Office in Zürich – Unbefristet – Referenznummer 62428.

Responsibilities
  • E2E responsibility for a continuous, fault‑free operation of the IT Service Management solution – operation, configuration and further implementation / optimisation.
  • Auf- und Ausbau of the CMDB contained in the ITSM module.
  • Teilprojektleitung and active participation in projects.
  • Ensuring Hirslanden standards and close collaboration with key stakeholders across all divisions (Switzerland, South Africa and Middle East).
  • Service Request handling (1st and 2nd Level Support) and documentation of incidents.
  • Coordination with suppliers concerning development plans (technology roadmap).
  • Automation of processes, creation of interfaces, instruction and training of users.
Qualifications
  • Lehre as an informatician / applications development (EFZ) or higher IT qualification.
  • Experience in the set‑up / operation of an IT Service Management solution.
  • Quick grasping ability, analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Solid general IT and ITIL knowledge.
  • Good German and English; French knowledge a great advantage.
