You will join the Technology Preparation team to advance next-generation preparation machines through hands-on testing, trials, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English required for global collaboration.
• German language skills are advantageous for the local team.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% to support customers.
• Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Identify technological opportunities for next‑generation preparation machines.
• Contribute to R&D activities, trials from carded sliver to yarn.
• Perform machine conversions, modifications, and adjustments on research machines.
• Test and validate machine concepts, software features, and components.
• Document results and propose product and process improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and optimization at customer sites when needed.
• Train Service Engineers and Customer Technologists on best practices.
