AliveDx is recruiting for an Analytical Transfer Senior Scientist to join our Product and Technology Transfer team – a department at the forefront of transforming product design into scalable, high-quality manufacturing. The role is a full‑time permanent position working and based in Eysins, Switzerland.

YOUR MISSION

As an Analytical Transfer Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and transferring robust analytical methods to support product development, manufacturing, and release.

You will :

• Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods supporting product development, manufacturing, and release.
• Lead method transfers internally and to external labs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across functions—Industrial Process Design, Tech Transfer, QA/QC, and Manufacturing—to integrate analytical solutions and drive operational excellence.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot analytical challenges, and contribute to risk management and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train teams and engage in external collaborations with suppliers and partners.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• MSc or PhD in a relevant discipline, with significant laboratory experience.
• Strong scientific background in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
• Hands‑on expertise in biochemical analytical methods (e.g., SDS‑PAGE, Western blotting, spectrophotometry), buffer preparation, purification, and microfluidics.
• Experience in medical devices or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
