Zusammenfassung

Work Selection AG sucht eine Analytical Associate in Analytical Development für synthetische Moleküle für eine 12-monatige, direkte Anstellung mit hoher Verlängerungschance. Die Rolle fokussiert sich auf Entwicklung und Optimierung analytischer Verfahren (HPLC, GC, LC–MS, KF) und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Prozessentwicklung und QC.

Sie bringen eine naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder Bachelor in Chemie/Biochemie mit 2–3 Jahren pharmazeutischer Erfahrung.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossen: Laborpraktische Ausbildung (Laboratory Technician) oder Bachelor in Chemie/Biochemie bzw. verwandtem Fachgebiet.
• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit analytischen Instrumenten (HPLC, GC, KF, MS) und Methodenentwicklung.
• Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeiten; Ergebnisse präzise präsentieren.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Optimierung robuster analytischer Methoden (HPLC, GC, LC–MS, GC–MS, KF).
• Planung und Durchführung von Experimenten sowie Überwachung von Reaktionen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Prozessentwicklung und QC zur Übertragung analytischer Methoden.
• Dokumentation von Verfahren, Berichten und Vorlagen für Validierung/Regulatorik.
• Anwendung innovativer digitaler Tools zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe.

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel, we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Analytical Associate in Analytical Development for Synthetic Molecules for a temporary assignment of 12 months, with high probability of extension.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of robust analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, KF) for the quality assessment of starting materials, intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
• Planning and meticulous execution of experiments, including reaction monitoring and method development.
• Close collaboration with process development and cross-functional partners to coordinate analytical activities and sample management.
• Close cooperation with the QC (Quality Control) unit to ensure a smooth transfer of the developed analytical methods.
• Creation of high-quality documentation, including analytical procedures and reports that serve as the foundation for method validations and regulatory filings.
• Application of an innovative mindset and digital tools for continuous improvement of analytical workflows in a dynamic environment.

Must Haves

• Completed vocational training in natural sciences (Laboratory Technician) or a Bachelor& degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid practical experience with analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, KF, MS) as well as strong expertise in method development.
• Strong scientific writing skills and the ability to summarize and present results of complex experiments precisely.
• High quality awareness and uncompromising attention to detail, including work within a non-GMP development environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated work style and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes in a dynamic team environment.
• Fluent English language skills (both spoken and written) and German is beneficial.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of GxP requirements and method validation is an advantage.
