Zusammenfassung

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Customer Technical Manager to act as the primary Gulfstream representative for complex support events affecting Gulfstream fleet aircraft maintenance and operations. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and resources, and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams at Gulfstream and customer sites.

The role requires international travel up to 50% and leadership of teams during high-impact maintenance campaigns and special fleet programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Aviation Maintenance, or Engineering Tech required or equivalent.
• 10 years of related aircraft maintenance or operations experience.
• 3 years maintenance or operations experience with Gulfstream models (GV/G550/G450, GIV, GII/GIII, G100, G200).
• Supervisory or Management experience required.
• A&P license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Resolve customer support issues under guidance of VP of Field Services and leadership team.
• Travel to Gulfstream/AWRF facilities or remote locations to coordinate complex support events.
• Coordinate with multiple sites to manage complex programs and reliability events.
• Lead or participate in regional calls, clinics, and customer visits.
• Author and maintain SOPs and communicate updates to the organization.
