Qualifications

• Built and run production services in Go, Python, or C++.
• Profiled, load-tested, and tuned latency-sensitive systems.
• Independent, ownership-minded with customer focus.
• Curious about AI security.
• Hands-on and pragmatic with long-term vision.
• Nice to have: GPU model serving, stateful data systems, multi-cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the hot path: gateway, request scheduling, and orchestration, where milliseconds matter.
• Join our on-call rotation and improve incident handling.
• Solve multi-tenant capacity problems on shared GPU infrastructure: isolation, admission control, and graceful degradation.
• Own and operate data systems (ClickHouse, Postgres, Kafka): capacity, schema, and failure modes.
• Write design docs, review architecture, and help set engineering standards.
• Scale existing software stack and algorithms to serve demanding use cases.
• Help maintain the DevOps stack to improve development practices.
