Job summary

Giotto, a Swiss AI research lab, seeks an intellectually curious AI Researcher to enhance reasoning in its model family. You will work closely with research and engineering teams to turn ideas into experiments, understand drivers of results, and translate findings into practical improvements.

You will contribute to post-training and inference improvements, with strong emphasis on Python, PyTorch, and LLM fundamentals. Prior AI experience is valued, and collaboration across teams is required.
