Google Cloud seeks a Manager of AI Outcome Customer Engineering (AIOCE) for the North region to lead a specialized team of technical experts and accelerate customer adoption of Gemini Enterprise. You will oversee execution and business operations, building alliances across executives and GTM leadership to drive AI transformation and onboarding to production.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years leading multi-layered technical organizations.
• 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies interfacing with product/engineering.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, ECMs, identity), Cloud infra, or AI/ML deployments.
• Experience driving cloud transformations for enterprise-level clients.
• 15+ years in enterprise customer success, technical delivery, consulting, or IT ops leadership.
• Experience building business cases and articulating ROI to executives.
• Leading a professional services/consulting org at a global hyperscale provider (Google Cloud).
• Executive communication with CEO/CTO audiences.
• Managing complex commercial dynamics for portfolios >$500M in cloud spend.
• Driving innovation in service delivery with AI-driven insights.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the AIOCE engagement and adoption strategy for the North region.
• Orchestrate alliances across sales, product, engineering, and external partners for timely high-complexity deployments.
• Define and execute Cloud AI adoption processes to enable large-scale customer onboarding.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing technical team and scale the AIOCE organization.
• Represent regional Product and Engineering teams and translate trends into actionable roadmap needs.
