Zusammenfassung

Rivero in Zürich, Switzerland seeks an AI/ML Engineer to architect and deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions. You will work from infrastructure to deployment with a focus on operational excellence and rapid iteration.

You will design production-ready AI systems, build robust APIs and CI/CD for ML, and collaborate across product, data, and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions. This on-site role requires EU/EFTA work rights.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, Hugging Face) experience.
• Production ML systems deployment, monitoring, testing, CD/CI.
• Expertise with LLMs, vector DBs, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Structured evaluation of LLM performance across variants.
• Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure); IaC/containers a plus.
• Ability to prototype quickly and evolve to robust systems.
• Collaborative, clear communication across teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems and multimodal foundation models.
• Build APIs, evaluation pipelines, infrastructure, and observability layers.
• Prototype new AI frameworks and transition to maintainable, well-architected systems.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering to translate problems into AI solutions.
• Contribute to internal ML platform, including CI/CD for ML and experiment tracking.
• Adopt spec-driven development with human-in-the-loop for implementation.
