Zusammenfassung

Lonza is seeking a Global CSV Smart Technology Trainee to join our CSV team in Visp, Switzerland, on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will work on validating AI/ML-enabled systems and ensuring data integrity in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and hands-on scripting, with hands-on training and mentoring. The program focuses on applying engineering, quality, and data science principles to support safe, reliable deployment of digital solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data analytics.
• Programming experience in Python; scripting and automation experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support technical assessment and validation of AI/ML-enabled systems.
• Contribute to risk-based assessments by analyzing functions, data flows, model behavior, and potential data integrity impacts.
• Assist in validation deliverables: requirements, risk assessments, test protocols, evidence, traceability, and reports.
• Develop scripts, data-analysis workflows, or automated checks with version control and documentation.
• Collaborate with CSV, Quality, Engineering, IT/OT, R&D, system owners, data scientists, and suppliers to translate tech info into validation evidence.
• Build knowledge of GxP computerized system validation and data integrity through project work and training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing within CSV team.
• Complete assigned training and development objectives during the trainee program.
