Zusammenfassung

ELCA is seeking an AI-focused intern for a 6-month internship or master thesis starting February 2027 in Switzerland. You will develop an AI-powered internal platform to monitor market, technology and industry trends, consolidating external signals with ELCA's internal knowledge assets.

The role covers design, data analysis, and applying Generative AI/RAG techniques, with dashboards and recommendations to guide business lines. A dynamic, cross-site team supports Hackathons and ongoing learning.

Qualifikationen

• Software development experience with Python, Java or .NET.
• Understanding of AI, ML and Large Language Models.
• Familiarity with data analysis, data visualization and information retrieval; knowledge of APIs, web scraping and data integration is a plus.
• Interest in market analysis, technology watch and business intelligence with ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Nice to have Generative AI, RAG architectures, vector databases, knowledge management platforms, gamification.

Aufgaben

• Design an AI-powered market intelligence platform that collects and analyses signals from external sources.
• Identify and visualise emerging trends, opportunities and potential market disruptions.
• Correlate external signals with ELCA's internal knowledge: projects, references, competencies and customer information.
• Apply Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, and surface results through dashboards and recommendations.
• Deliver a proof of concept and evaluate its business value for one or more ELCA Business Lines; as a stretch goal, propose gamification mechanisms to increase engagement.
