Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technologies, Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree or specialization in AI, Learning Sciences, Knowledge Management, or Digital Transformation is a plus.
• English and French: excellent writing and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to design, development, configuration, and testing of AI-enabled learning solutions including RAG chatbots.
• Support integration and preparation of learning content and metadata for AI indexing and retrieval workflows.
• Participate in design and testing of personalized learning recommendations based on user profiles and learning paths.
• Assist in prompt engineering, AI testing, response evaluation, and troubleshooting to improve relevance and usability.
• Collaborate with L&D, IT, and stakeholders to prototype and document AI-supported learning solutions.
