Elize Partners is supporting a leading Swiss bank to hire an AI Governance Expert who will help implement and operationalise a bank-wide AI Governance Framework.

The role intersects AI, Governance, Risk and Regulation, collaborating with Technology, Model Governance, Data Governance, Information Security and Risk teams to embed governance into the AI lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience designing or implementing Governance, Risk or Compliance frameworks in a regulated environment.
• Experience with AI Governance, AI Risk or AI/ML governance.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable processes and controls.
• Experience with risk classifications, policies, guidelines and self-assessment frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Embed AI requirements into existing governance policies and processes.
• Assess and risk-classify AI use cases, applications and models.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical TOMs (technical and organizational measures).
• Develop AI-specific policies, guidelines and self-assessment templates.
• Support AI risk assessments based on FINMA requirements, EU AI Act and internal risk frameworks.
• Help establish and maintain the bank’s AI inventory.
• Support the implementation of the AI lifecycle process.
• Define requirements around validation, monitoring, human oversight and bias/fairness controls.
• Work closely with multiple business, technology, governance and risk stakeholders.

We’re supporting a leading Swiss bank in the search for an experienced AI Governance Expert to help implement and operationalise a bank-wide AI Governance Framework.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of AI, Governance, Risk and Regulation, working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Model Governance, Data Governance, Information Security and Risk.

What you’ll be working on:

• Embedding AI requirements into existing governance policies and processes
• Assessing and risk-classifying AI use cases, applications and models
• Translating regulatory requirements into practical technical and organisational measures (TOMs)
• Developing AI-specific policies, guidelines and self-assessment templates
• Supporting AI risk assessments based on FINMA requirements, the EU AI Act and internal risk frameworks
• Helping establish and maintain the bank’s AI inventory
• Supporting the implementation of the AI lifecycle process
• Defining requirements around validation, monitoring, human oversight and bias/fairness controls
• Working closely with multiple business, technology, governance and risk stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
