YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs across graphic design, video, UI/UX, and motion graphics. This remote, contract role requires strong professional design judgment and the ability to deliver high‑quality feedback for AI training.

You will work with tools like Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, and CorelDRAW to assess quality and usability, annotate results, and suggest improvements to workflows; clear English

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.

Aufgaben

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
