Job summary

Savify AG is building AI agents to automate contract analysis and negotiation support. You will craft production LLM applications, integrate agents into the Savify platform and work with negotiators to deliver practical use cases.

The role offers remote-first conditions with options in St. Gallen or remote across DACH/Europe, full-time with 80–100% capacity, and clear career growth under Head of AI/CTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, including 1+ year delivering production LLM applications.
• Strong Python; LLM APIs, vector databases and RAG.
• Experience evaluating and safeguarding LLM outputs.
• Fluent German or English.

Job description

Build AI agents that prepare negotiations through contract analysis, offer comparisons, argument development and briefing documents. The aim is to halve preparation time and standardise quality.

Your responsibilities

• Develop LLM agents and workflows using RAG and tool use
• Extract terms, durations and notice periods from contracts and invoices
• Build evaluation pipelines for accuracy, hallucinations and cost per run
• Integrate agents into the Savify platform and negotiation tools
• Work directly with negotiators to implement practical use cases

Your profile

• 3+ years in software engineering, including 1+ year delivering production LLM applications
• Strong Python; LLM APIs, vector databases and RAG
• Experience evaluating and safeguarding LLM outputs
• Fluent German or English

Nice to have

• Agent frameworks, MCP, LangGraph, Document AI/OCR and TypeScript; procurement or contract knowledge. German at C1 level is useful for German-language documents.

Responsibility and collaboration

• Professional/Senior; no line-management responsibility; reports to Head of AI / CTO.

Your goals for the first six months

• A production contract-analysis agent with at least 90% extraction accuracy on core fields, used for all new engagements.
