Rieter in Winterthur is seeking an SAP Senior Consultant for Service and Repair (CS) 100% to implement and support SAP CS modules, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.

The role requires 4–5 years of SAP CS experience, strong configuration and integration skills, and proficiency in German and English. You will work in an international environment with ongoing SAP initiatives and projects.

In this role you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Customer Service (CS) modules to meet business requirements.

Your Tasks

• Configure and customize SAP CS modules to support business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Provide end-to-end implementation and support of SAP CS modules, including system design, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Ensure successful integration of SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS functionality, performance, and integration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Stay current with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends related to CS modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing SAP initiatives and projects.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or BTech, or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP CS module implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CS configuration, including pricing, billing, shipping, and customer service functionalities.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP CS integration with other SAP modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Solid command of German and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
